Time: T.C. Choy’s opens at 5:00 P.M., if you want to arrive early.  Registration and networking is from 6:00 P.M. to 6:30 P.M. Dinner service will start at 6:30 P.M. Thank you to those of you who mailed me your checks in advance! For those of you who have not sent payment yet and are not invited guests at a sponsor’s table, we would appreciate your checks (payable to TCCTF) or cash at the night of the event.  We regret that TCCTF does not currently have a credit card machine to accept card charges.

Menu: In addition to the dishes listed on the flyer, we will also have two more courses served:  Twice-cooked pork (BBQ pork stir-fried with cabbage and red and green peppers) and Yang Chow fried rice (fried rice with shrimp, pork, peas, scallions, and eggs).  Please bring your appetites!

Vegetarians: We will have a vegetarian table at the event with separate pricing for your dishes.

Drinks: We do not have an open bar for the event. T.C. Choy’s offers a variety of alcohol beverages and soft drinks if you wish to order a drink from their bar. (We will have water and tea available at the tables.)

 Auction and raffle:  Please bring your checkbook or extra cash if you want to buy an auction item.  We will have paintings and some other items available.  For the raffle, please bring business cards to enter the drawing!

Parking: Parking is available at the T.C. Choy’s lot next to the restaurant. We encourage carpooling, if possible.  We will have volunteers direct drivers to overflow parking nearby, if needed.
